On June 27, the Gerry Gallagher Hall (LiUNA Local 183) in Toronto will host the Inaugural Gala of the Rui Da Silva Foundation—a high-level event merging breakthrough innovation in Agentic Artificial Intelligence, the global editorial launch of the book IMAGINE: Being Excellent, and an unprecedented cross-sector social alliance.
 

The event is spearheaded by Rui Da Silva, technologist and CEO of Omninvention—an established sci-tech lab and digital innovation agency with a 26-year operational history.

The Gala will serve as the official launchpad for two infrastructures natively built for the transition into the AGI Singularity era: OMNIBRAIN Mini Labs, a network of private, local, Google-powered enterprise and and open-source Agentic AI servers that ensure total data sovereignty, safety and privacy compliance; and HALOSHIELD, a disruptive mobile platform built on the ultra-secure Signal protocol, focused on protecting the financial, professional, and holistic human dynamics of global communities.

Operating as a practical financial engine, author Rui Da Silva has committed a fixed allocation of 5 CAD from every book copy sold in Canada to be distributed equally among these three pioneering causes.
